This feature lets the user choose between directly retrieving
data from the PBX/Keyphone or from TeleSTORE SMDR Storage
Unit. With the card installed, user need not worry about data
lost due to the failure of electricity. Data can still be
captured accurately even when the PC is turned off as it is
battery backed. Thus, having combine with TeleSTORE SMDR Storage
Unit will significantly improve the reliability and efficiency
of the system.
